“Keep doing what you can, and God will do what you can’t.”

At my highest of highs, God helped me to get there. And at the lowest of lows, God has caught me before hitting rock bottom for he is my rock.

It is often said that God will never give us more than we can bear. Often it may seem as though life hurls too much our way. But somehow, someway, it all works out.

My “C” journey has been a game of dodge ball – maintaining hair, avoiding pain, fighting fatigue, finding a sense of normalcy. Through it all, however, deep in my heart I’ve known that there has always been a Plan B. This stumbling block is my stepping stone to something more that only time can reveal.

So remind yourself to hold on to grace, hope and faith – in whatever way that looks like for you. Laugh at the good, learn from the bad and stay strong in your resolve to make lemonade out of lemons!
