The day began like most others...alarm ringing in my ear at 3:45 AM. Hitting the snooze button twice, I finally remembered I needed to be at the studio much earlier than normal.
We've all been hurt by the actions or words of another at some point. And the wounds can leave us with lasting feelings of anger, bitterness or even vengeance.
This life is a wonderful gift ... accept it, embrace it.
It starts with a new day ... wake up and greet it.
Thirty one years ago this weekend marked the beginning of my eating disorder battle - carved deeply in my mind forever.
My last four Fridays have been spent in and out of sleep from 6 PM on. The cumulative effect of radiation treatment wears on me - as it would anyone.
Life is a game...you play until the whistle blows!
The countdown is on! Only seven more radiation treatments to go... insert HUGE sigh!
