Day 152 // Traditions
Traditions were abundant around the holidays growing up. Oh, do I so miss them.

The hustle and bustle of holiday traffic was at an all time high today as I ventured towards the Kenwood Towne Center. Bumper to bumper, surprisingly I was patient heading to pick up more of my "fountain of youth" water.
Ahhh...Gia, Gia, Gia...when will you learn? Mommy's been around a few more years than you have, my dear.
Listening to a recent group exercise class (yes it was at a box facility) while waiting for Gia at a birthday party, the instructor completely lost me. She didn’t lose me because of some complicated exercise she was trying to explain but rather because of a few words she repeated over and over.
My last four Fridays have been spent in and out of sleep from 6 PM on. The cumulative effect of radiation treatment wears on me - as it would anyone.
Algebra test, Social Studies test, English paper, Science lab - I'm pulling out what little hair I have! True to form with homework, everything is piled on just days before fall break.
Failure is part of life, and it's OK
"Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times. If one remembers to turn on the light." - Albus Dumbledore
Last evening we had the opportunity to watch LeBron James and the Cavaliers in an exhibition game here in Cincinnati.
You can do anything you put your mind to - you just have to believe.
